Somatic Integrative Parts Work Therapy Sessions
What is Somatic Integration Parts Work Therapy?
Somatic Integrative Parts Work Therapy is a relational, embodied process that invites you into deep connection with your inner world.
Rooted in the understanding that we are made up of many “parts”—aspects of self that have developed to help us survive, protect, or adapt—this work helps you meet those parts with compassion, curiosity, and care.
Through the language of the body, we listen beneath the mind’s stories and open to the emotional, sensory, and energetic layers that shape your inner experience. As these parts are witnessed and welcomed, their original intelligence and purpose are revealed—allowing for profound healing, integration, and peace.
This therapy weaves together somatic awareness, intuitive inquiry, and parts work dialogue, grounded in principles of nervous system regulation, Internal Family Systems and trauma-informed care. It supports a return to wholeness where all parts belong.his healing modality supports a deeper dialogue between your body and psyche.

The Role of “Parts” in Healing
Each of us carries a constellation of inner parts—protectors, wounded selves, inner children, critics, caretakers, and more. When trauma or stress arises, some of these parts may get stuck in survival roles, keeping us looping in reactivity or disconnection.
Through embodied awareness, we:
Develop compassionate relationships with protective and wounded parts
Listen to their sensations, needs, and stories through the body
Honor their original purpose and invite them into safety and connection
Cultivate harmony and coherence among all parts of the self
This is not about fixing or forcing change—it’s about remembering that every part has a voice, a need, and a longing to belong.
This modality…
⦾ Builds connection with inner parts through a sensory lens
⦾ Encourages acceptance of all parts—even those that feel hard to love
⦾ Supports nervous system regulation and a restored sense of safety
The result?
A growing sense of integration, acceptance, self-trust, and emotional freedom.
The Body is the Portal
This modality offers a gentle yet powerful approach to healing deep trauma and core wounds, including attachment traumas. By connecting with subconscious layers of experience—somatic, emotional, and spiritual—it creates space for transformation that talk therapy alone may not reach.
⦾ By listening through the body, profound shifts can occur, bringing more ease, inner peace, and wholeness. ⦾
As these deep patterns release, many experience more flow in their lives and relationships.

What to expect:
Somatic Integration Parts Work is deliberately different from traditional talk therapy. This body-based process engages your subconscious, sensory system, and lived experience to support self-awareness, integration, and growth. It is rooted in power-with dynamics, compassionate witnessing, and non-violent communication, with the intention of fostering authenticity, alignment, clarity, compassion, connection, and sovereignty.
Each session is a co-created, experiential process guided by what’s present in your body and heart. Rather than analyzing or trying to fix, we slow down and listen—allowing your body’s intelligence to lead the way.
Erin offers a grounded, attuned presence to support you in noticing sensations, emotions, and beliefs as they arise, creating space for deeper understanding and organic transformation. Over time, this builds the inner safety and trust needed for real integration to unfold.
