Erin’s role is to be fully present and bear witness to whatever arises for the individual.
Erin does not diagnose or treat specific conditions. Instead, she collaborates with you to craft a personalized program aimed at enhancing overall well-being.
Our focus will not be on making symptoms or reactions go away. Our focus is on being present with whatever arises and creating resilience to stay with the experience. We are focused on healing rather than problem solving or symptom suppression.
Based on the core truth that we all have all of the insight we need within ourselves, Erin follows the lead of the client to discern what inquiries truly serve their journey.
