Come home to the truth of who you are.
All beings deserve to know their inherent sacredness.
Sacred Being Somatics exists to support healing and integration through trauma-informed, embodied, and relational practices that honor the nervous system, lived experience, and inner wisdom of each person.
Rooted in power-with dynamics and the liberatory roots of yoga, we hold this work as a practice of remembrance—one that upholds the dignity, sovereignty, and inherent wholeness of every being.
We are devoted to cultivating conscious, healing relationship and community, offering spaces where body and soul can be met with curiosity, care, and compassion. Through sustained, embodied presence, we support the awakening of innate wisdom that guides people toward greater capacity, freedom, and a felt sense of belonging within themselves and the world.
