Beach Yoga on Lake Michigan

Step onto the sand and into your soul. Sacred Being Beach Yoga is more than just a class—it's a ceremony of connection. Set against the rhythm of the waves and the breath of the wind, this healing practice invites you to awaken your senses, root into the Earth, and remember your wholeness.

We move slowly and intentionally, honoring each body’s unique wisdom and pace. You'll be guided through accessible postures, nourishing breathwork, and moments of stillness, all while being held by the living presence of the Lake Michigan. Emphasis is placed on inner listening, and cultivating a relationship with the natural world as a mirror and teacher.

Open to all levels and all bodies—this is yoga for humans who want to come home to themselves, to the Earth, and to each other.

Please bring: a towel or blanket, mat, layers for changing weather, and your open heart.

Morning Radiance is designed as a holistic practice that nourishes every layer of your being—physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Each class is thoughtfully guided by a theme that invites you to connect with the fullness of who you are and the boundless potential within your practice. We begin with gentle movement and breath to awaken and energize the body, followed by a pause to center and set personal intentions to deepen your experience. Through embodied movement and exploration of grounding, flow, edge, heart opening, truth, intuition, and oneness, you’ll cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness. We conclude in stillness, allowing the practice to integrate and settle within.

Flow & Let Go: Sunset Yoga

There’s nothing quite like yoga outdoors—beneath the wide open sky, with your feet rooted into the warm summer earth.
Join Erin for a 75-minute practice that begins with a fluid vinyasa flow and gently transitions into restorative yin postures to help you unwind at the end of the day.

Breathe in the scent of the orchards, feel the golden air of summer on your skin, and let the evening birdsong carry you inward as you return to your center.
This is your time to connect, release, and flow into harmony with the land, the season, and yourself.
