Morning Radiance with Erin at Lotus of Ludington

Morning Radiance is designed as a holistic practice that nourishes every layer of your being—physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Each class is thoughtfully guided by a theme that invites you to connect with the fullness of who you are and the boundless potential within your practice. We begin with gentle movement and breath to awaken and energize the body, followed by a pause to center and set personal intentions to deepen your experience. Through embodied movement and exploration of grounding, flow, edge, heart opening, truth, intuition, and oneness, you’ll cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness. We conclude in stillness, allowing the practice to integrate and settle within.

Flow & Let Go: Fire Side Yoga

There’s nothing quite like gathering for yoga outdoors—beneath the wide sky, with the warmth of firelight flickering beside you and the late-summer earth steady beneath your feet. Join Erin on the Great Water Yoga Deck for a 75-minute practice that begins with a grounding vinyasa flow and melts into restorative yin postures to help you soften into the evening.

Breathe in the crisp orchard air, feel the golden glow of September settle on your skin, and let the crackle of the fire and the hush of dusk guide you inward. This is your time to honor the turning of the season—connecting, releasing, and finding harmony with the land, the fire, and yourself.

Please bring: a towel or blanket, mat, layers for shifting temperatures, and your open heart. You will receive the address upon booking your class.
