SACRED BEING RETREATS
Take a soul leap.
Let yourself be revealed, inspired, and transformed.
COME HOME TO THE TRUTH OF WHO YOU ARE.
SOVEREIGN SPIRIT
PILGRIMAGE OF REMEMBERING
TO THE CLIFFS OF MOHER IN IRELAND
October 9-15, 2026
The Cliffs of Moher are more than a destination — they are a living, breathing presence.
Here, wind, water, and stone converge in an elemental force that strips away distraction and brings you face to face with your truth. The ocean hums ancient songs. The cliffs hold stories older than time. And in their vastness, you may remember who you are beyond roles, expectations, and conditioning.
This is a place of healing, initiation, and profound reconnection.
At the far edge of Ireland, where ancient cliffs meet the wild Atlantic, there is a threshold — a place between worlds where remembering becomes possible.
Sovereign Spirit is a six-night pilgrimage for women who feel the call to return to their inherent sovereignty, to listen deeply to the land, and to awaken the wild, wise feminine within.
Held at the Cliffs of Moher Retreat Center, this journey is not about escape — it is an initiation into presence, embodiment, and belonging. It is an invitation to slow down, breathe with the ocean, and let the living spirit of Ireland move through your body, your heart, and your ancestry.
This pilgrimage is a reclamation of your inherent sovereignty. It is an initiation back into your own embodied wisdom, your ancestral knowing, and your untamed, intuitive, wild feminine essence. Through ritual, movement, breath, sound, storytelling, group work, and devotional practice, we will remember what it feels like to live rooted, clear, and free- to live for YOU- released from conditions, expectations, or old stories. This pilgrimage weaves sacred land, ritual, embodiment, and sisterhood into a transformational journey of remembrance of your SOVEREIGNTY!
Here, the land is teacher. The cliffs are portal. And you are the pilgrim being called home to yourself.
THE JOURNEY
Within this sacred container, we will gently and courageously enter into deep relational and ancestral layers — including the Mother Wound, the Sister Wound, and Sacred Rage — not to re-traumatize, but to bring consciousness, compassion, and liberation to these tender places.
The Mother Wound invites us to explore our earliest patterns of belonging, nurturance, and worth. The Sister Wound opens the doorway to healing competition, comparison, betrayal, and mistrust among women, allowing us to return to true communion and solidarity. Sacred Rage creates space for the righteous, life-affirming fire that arises when our boundaries have been crossed or our soul has been silenced — transforming it into clarity, power, and embodied strength.
Held within circle, ritual, and the medicine of this land, these wounds can be met, metabolized, and alchemized. You will be supported in your body, your heart, and your spirit as you move through remembrance, release, and reclamation — held in a devotional container of reflection, ritual, and deep listening.

WHY THIS
This is deep work — and it is also profoundly liberating. Many women leave this journey feeling more embodied, more alive, more self-trusting, and more sovereign than they ever have before.
The kind of transformation that can take years in therapy often unfolds here through direct experience — through feeling, moving, grieving, celebrating, and remembering in your body. The land, the circle, the rituals, and the shared devotion amplify your process in ways that simply cannot happen in ordinary life.
You will return home not the same — but more yourself. More free. More grounded in your “yes” and your “no.” More connected to your inner authority. More rooted in your belonging to the earth, to lineage, and to your own soul.
This is not just a retreat — it is an embodied initiation back into your own power.
WHY NOW
We are living in a time that is both beautiful and ferociously challenging — a moment that is asking women to remember their sovereignty, their voice, and their sacred power.
Now is the time to heal what has been carried in silence, to transmute inherited wounds, and to reclaim the ancient wisdom that lives in your bones. The world needs women who are clear, embodied, and free — women who can stand in their truth with compassion, boundaries, and love.
The Cliffs of Moher call us now as a threshold of transformation: a place where the old can fall away and the new can emerge. To step into this pilgrimage is to answer that call — to remember who you are, why you are here, and the sacred fire that moves through you.
This is your moment to cross the threshold.
