A Training That Meets You Where You Are
Sacred Being YTT offers multiple pathways of participation, allowing students from across the country to engage in a way that feels aligned, accessible, and deeply supportive.
Whether you are joining from afar or gathering in person, the intention is the same:
to cultivate embodied presence, ethical teaching, and a felt understanding of yoga beyond the mat.
The Hybrid Immersion Path
One pathway unfolds as a hybrid journey, weaving consistent online connection with a powerful in-person immersion.
This path includes:
A foundational season of weekly live online sessions focused on relationship-building, safety, embodiment, and shared language
A seven-day retreat immersion held on sacred land (Big Sur or Mexico), where practice deepens through ritual, nature, and community
A second season of weekly live online integration, supporting students in bridging philosophy, embodiment, and teaching practice into real life
Ongoing 1:1 mentorship for personal integration and guidance
This structure allows for deep transformation without requiring students to step away from their lives for extended periods of time.
The In-Person Michigan Path
For those called to gather more regularly in person, Sacred Being YTT also offers a Michigan-based immersion path.
This pathway emphasizes:
Monthly weekend intensives held in a consistent in-person container
A multi-day retreat experience to anchor the training
Ongoing 1:1 mentorship for personal integration and guidance
Supplemental online sessions to support continuity, reflection, and connection
This option is ideal for students seeking a grounded, place-based experience rooted in community and continuity.
Mentorship at the Center
Regardless of pathway, mentorship is central to the Sacred Being experience.
Students are supported through individualized sessions that offer space for:
Personal inquiry and integration
Exploring one’s unique teaching voice
Ethical considerations and boundaries
Being witnessed in the unfolding process
This is not a one-size-fits-all training. It is a relational journey.

Over the course of eight months, this hybrid journey will transform you from within, unraveling conditioned beliefs and guiding you toward a deeper understanding of who you truly are. This sacred process invites you to remember your wholeness and commit to the path your soul has always longed to walk.
