Therapeutic embodiment engages the body, connection, and compassion in healing and wellbeing. Healing occurs when we are able to be witnessed in compassion and integrate resilience, truth, intuition, wisdom, and wholeness.

Individual embodiment sessions are a transformative process that delves into the connections among various dimensions of your existence—the physical, energetic, emotional/mental, and spiritual realms. It serves as a guide in fostering heightened awareness, shedding light on the beliefs, biases, and conditioned behaviors that hinder you from embracing the innate peace, love, and joy residing at the core of your being.

By harnessing the diverse array of yoga tools such as breathwork, movement, meditation, and self-inquiry, Embodiment Sessions encourage holistic wellness and facilitate healing on every level of your being, aiming to foster intentional pathways for connection and overall well-being.

Each session is tailored to meet individual needs, intentions, and desires.

  • Erin’s role is to be fully present and bear witness to whatever arises for the individual.

  • Erin does not diagnose or treat specific conditions. Instead, she collaborates with you to craft a personalized program aimed at enhancing overall well-being.

  • Our focus will not be on making symptoms or reactions go away. Our focus is on being present with whatever arises and creating resilience to stay with the experience. We are focused on healing rather than problem solving or symptom suppression.

  • Based on the core truth that we all have all of the insight we need within ourselves, Erin follows the lead of the client to discern what inquiries truly serve their journey.
