Jill describing Erin - Erin Colette Madden Reed of Sacred Being Yoga is a magical spirit in my life and a firefly nomad attracting so many to her lightness of being. She possesses a deep knowledge of the feminine and all of its energies - the dancer, the nurturer, the wise one, the maiden, the queen and the goddess. And she will bring her mastery of yoga, her background in trauma work and healing as well as her ability to hold space and to witness and fully hear the stirrings of your hearts.
Erin describing Jill - Jill Wilde of Wilde Big Sur is a shining embodiment of radical love. I have witnessed her navigate deep struggle, suffering, chaos, only to emerge with more grace and wisdom than I knew was possible. She lives her life as an example of deep trust, and honors both obstacles and miracles as her teachers. I am deeply inspired by her resilience, creativity, and commitment to her own sacred spirit. Jill is a spiritual guide who will gracefully hold you in compassion when you can't hold yourself. Jill has a gift for lovingly peeling back the veil to illuminate patterns and self-imposed limitations, so you can see there is no need to fear who you really are. Our Intentions:
Our deepest intention for Spirit Renewal is to guide a journey into the special world of the spirit. We aim to hold space and offer experiences that support you to be aware of your ego, listen to your spirit, embrace your shadow, and connect to your soul.
There is no hierarchy or “right way” to navigate the journey of the spirit. With this truth in mind, our intention is to hold space for the whole group, simultaneously with the individual journey. Group and individual sessions will be offered to illuminate the truth and wisdom that is both unique and collective. Our hope is that you will emerge renewed, and ready to fully step into your life integrated, and deeply connected to meaning, liberated from suffering.
Our Spirit Haven:
Spirit Renewal Retreat beckons you to cleanse your spirit in the Pacific Ocean of Puerto Jimenez, Costa Rica in the eco-resort sanctuary of El Tumbo de las Olas. Especially designed with a unique architectural fingerprint, el Tumbo supports a wide range of practices and a magnificent interaction with the surrounding jungle. The property is a yoga haven, an exotic retreat, and a private resort experience all wrapped into one perfect getaway.
In a country known for its natural wonders, the Osa Peninsula represents a singular experience, with breathtaking views and the country's most abundant wildlife. Largely undisturbed by humans, this area offers the best chance of spotting endangered species like jaguars and the Baird's tapirs. Hikes reveal a vast wilderness, but simply observing from your deck offers views of the energetic local monkey troops, beautiful tropical flowers, and brilliantly colorful bird species.
The Osa Peninsula protects the Golfo Dulce from the powerful Pacific creating 1 of only 5 tropical fjords in the world. The gulf drops to a stunning 215 meters at its deepest and is sanctuary to scores of marine animals. As the only tropical fjord on the pacific coast of the Americas Golfo Dulce is frequented by numerous whales, sea turtles, whale sharks, and much more.

REST
Rest is revolutionary. Rest serves as a balm for the weary spirit. In rest we are able to access intuition and wisdom, that is often drowned out in the relentless pace of life. From rest we bring about a life of our own creation, we can hear the voice of our spirits, and be guided by our own knowing. Embracing the pura vida lifestyle, Tumbo provides hammocks for siestas, beaches for strolling, and a pool for lounging. With endless options at your fingertips and the beautiful Osa Peninsula as your backdrop, relaxation will not be hard to find.
PRACTICE
Spirit Renewal will hold space for community care and connection, as well as offer a variety of healing modalities that are offered to meet you right where you are in your journey.
Each morning you will be guided through a group movement practice such as dance, yoga, or somatic release designed to bring your heart and spirit into your experience. As a conscious community we will hold circles that allow you to be deeply seen and fully heard in order to integrate your expanding awareness into the way you live your life.
Throughout your time in retreat you will receive individual services to guide you into deeper awareness of pattern, shadow, parts, emotion, and truth. Services include DNA scan, Gene Keys analysis, Therapeutic Embodiment Sessions, and Tarot.
Ceremony and ritual are containers that allow us to explore the sacred landscape of spirit. In ceremony we create a collective energy that amplifies and deepens connection to the mystery and higher Self. We will be engaging in an Initiation Ceremony to cross the threshold into the World of Spirit, Sacred Shadow Ceremony, and Honoring the Vows of your Soul through Water Renewal Ritual.
